Dear Hocking County America250 Red, White and YOU Block Party Supporter, 

Your local America250 Committee has been working diligently in preparation of local events in celebration of our country’s 250th year since signing the Declaration of Independence.   Our primary goals is to engage every American in a journey to reflect on our nation’s past, celebrate its’ present and look toward the future, and with a special focus on Hocking County and the surrounding areas.

Our planned America250 events are fun and family-friendly and will culminate in a spectacular July 4th downtown Red, White and YOU Block Party with live music, local restaurants, food trucks, sidewalk sales, kids activities and games, entertaining shows, a Patriotic Pooch Parade and more!  We are very excited and honored to bring this celebration back to our historic downtown, last held on July 4th, 1976, and could not make this happen without help from you and other generous local sponsors. We hope you will consider a sponsorship donation, every dollar of which is tax deductible and will directly benefit our  community. In exchange for your generosity, we would be honored to recognize your business:

  • EAGLE SPONSOR ($1,000): Main Stage banner Display (you provide), radio, sponsor post on social media, radio, event flyers
  • LIBERTY BELL SPONSOR ($500): Optional Prominent banner display (you provide), radio & social media sponsor recognition
  • STARS & STRIPES SPONSOR (250): Social media sponsor, listed on Block Party Sponsor Event Banner
  • AMERICAN BISON ($100): Listing on Block Party Sponsor Event Banner

We hope our America250 events bring people, family and friends together and benefit all in the Hocking County region. If you have suggestions or would like to get more involved, we encourage you to attend an informational session being held Monday, March 16 at either 1 PM or 6PM at the Scenic Hills Senior Center on Spring Street in Logan; a flyer is attached.
