Vendor Application

We are seeking work from artists in all mediums and crafters with original work, and selected resale vendors.  Acceptance of your application is subject to review of your products.

Vendors must bring their own tables and tents.  Each additional space is $30.00

VENDOR GUIDELINES

  • Exhibitors must have a representative working their booth during all vendor hours
  • Security is provided by the Logan Police Department

SET UP

  • 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 3
  • 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 4

TEAR DOWN

  • Vendors may start to pack up after 9:00 p.m. closing on Saturday night
  • No vehicles will be permitted on the Main Street until the music stage closes at 9:00 p.m.  This will be strictly enforced.

VENDOR PARKING
Vehicles and supply trailers must be parked beyond the Block Party borders / barricades during the festival.  If you have a large truck or cargo trailer combination, please contact us prior to the festival to arrange a specific time for setup, and trailer parking arrangements.   

The following activities are not permitted:

  • Food or drink sales
  • Lottery, scratch-off tickets or raffles
  • Microwaves or air conditioners
  • Sexually explicit, vulgar or profane items
  • Flea market items, plastic toys, trinkets, prank items, junk jewelry, fake cigarettes or any other times deemed inappropriate by the AM250 Block Party Committee
  • Music without written permission of the AM250 Block Party Committee
  • Dangerous animals including non-controlled, non-leashed or barking dogs
  • Tent stakes to secure tents; the Block Party is held on city streets
  • Loud or excessive noise
  • Soliciting outside of your booth or rental space
  • Political Booths, or political merchandise at your booth for display or sale
  • Any vendor sign, banner, advertisement, item for sale, clothing (including clothing worn by vendor staff), or other items deemed to be vulgar or offensive by the AM250 Block Party Committee must be immediately removed and may return to your booth.  

Failure to adhere to this provision may result in the closure of our booth and a permanent ban from exhibiting at future July 4th Block Parties.

Electrical Requirements

  • 1 fan per 10 X 10 SPACE
  • You must supply a minimum 10-gauge wire 3-prong (at least 100 feet) extension cord
  • Maximum of 2 fluorescent light bulbs per 10 X 10 space
  • Fluorescent or LED lights only!  No halogens bulbs allowed

The Block Party electrician and / Committee representative may request you unplug certain items, if necessary to lower power consumption.

This contract is non-transferable.  If you would like to participate in the 2026 America250 Block Party, you will be required to submit a new application.

Hocking County Tax Rate for 2026 is 7.25% (tax is not required for space at the Block Party).
